Bandabardò può dirsi a buon diritto una delle live band più vitali in Italia. I suoi concerti sono feste straripanti d’affetto: il pubblico vi partecipa numerosissimo, cantando infaticabile ogni canzone, duettando continuamente con gli artisti sul palco, senza perdersi un solo verso, in uno scambio d’intesa che non smette mai di sorprendere. Un affetto che si traduce in grandi numeri non solo ai live: tredici album pubblicati (inclusi dischi dal vivo, progetti speciali e pubblicazioni estere), un DVD, un’autobiografia ufficiale e, in occasione dei 25 anni di carriera, una nuova versione di Beppeanna – “Se mi Rilasso Collasso” – cantata e suonata con Stefano Bollani, Caparezza, Carmen Consoli, Max Gazzè e Daniele Silvestri. Così negli anni anche la cartina geografica bardozziana si è estesa a macchia d’olio con le lunghe tournée che toccano anche Francia, Germania, Spagna, Belgio, Lussemburgo, Svizzera, Polonia, Slovenia e persino Chiapas e Canada.
Nel 2023, in occasione del loro trentennale, hanno pubblicato il libro “Se mi rilasso collasso”, trent’anni di musica, parole, battaglie, sorrisi, sudore sotto e sopra il palco; non solo una biografia, ma un prontuario di storia della musica italiana, con quegli anni visti passare dai finestrini dei furgoni, dalle stazioni affollate, dai palchi di tutta Italia e non solo.
Nel 2025 riparte con il primo album della sua nuova storia, Fandango, il primo senza quella gemma preziosa che è stato Erriquez. Fandango: come il caos che è la vita, un progetto dai variopinti suoni mariachi, tanto flamenco, qualche eco surf, un sussurro beat anni ‘60, cantautori, folk singer e chansonnier.
Bandabardò can rightfully be considered one of the most vibrant live bands in Italy. Their concerts are overflowing celebrations of affection: audiences show up in great numbers, tirelessly singing every song, constantly duetting with the artists on stage without missing a single line, in a shared connection that never ceases to amaze. This affection translates into impressive numbers beyond live shows as well: thirteen albums released (including live records, special projects, and international editions), a DVD, an official autobiography, and—on the occasion of their 25th anniversary—a new version of Beppeanna – “Se mi Rilasso Collasso” performed together with Stefano Bollani, Caparezza, Carmen Consoli, Max Gazzè, and Daniele Silvestri. Over the years, the band’s geographical reach has steadily expanded through long tours that have also taken them to France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Poland, Slovenia, and even Chiapas and Canada.
In 2023, to mark their 30th anniversary, they published the book “Se mi rilasso collasso”, recounting thirty years of music, words, struggles, smiles, and sweat both on and off the stage; not just a biography, but a handbook of Italian music history, seen through the windows of tour vans, crowded stations, and stages across Italy and beyond.
In 2025, their new chapter begins with the album Fandango, the first without the precious presence of Erriquez. Fandango: like the chaos of life itself, a project filled with colorful mariachi sounds, plenty of flamenco, touches of surf echoes, a whisper of 1960s beat, and influences from singer-songwriters, folk singers, and chansonniers.
